Tim was born and raised in Montgomery County, graduating from Northwest High School in 1974. He is married to the former Etta Bowles and they have two children and three grandchildren. Tim received his funeral directors license in 1983 and has been actively involved in the funeral business for nearly 50 years. He is also a licensed pre-need counselor. Tim is a member of the Nashville Presbytery of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He is also a member of the Downtown Civitan Club.
Dustin is a lifelong resident of Erin and joined Nave Funeral Home in the Spring of 2011. He manages the Nave Funeral Home Chapel in Erin, where he serves as a licensed Funeral Director, Embalmer, and Pre Need Counselor.
Upon graduating from Houston County High School in 2003, Dustin attended Murray State University and is a 2014 graduate of the Funeral Service Program at Jefferson State Community College, Birmingham, Alabama. Dustin is Past President of both the Erin Rotary Club and the Houston County Area Chamber of Commerce, and holds memberships with Wisdom Charity Lodge, Shriner's International, and Sigma Phi Sigma. Dustin actively serves on the Houston County Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Imagination Library Board, Erin Rotary Club Board of Directors, Tennessee Scholars, and serves as the Event Chairman for both the Erin Rotary Club and the Houston County Area Chamber of Commerce.
Dustin resides in Erin with his wife, Lynn and their three children, Parker, Cooper, and Kenlee. They attend Griffin's Chapel Church of the Nazarene.
Lance is an Erin native and began his career with Nave Funeral Homes nearly 25 years ago.
He is a 1996 graduate of Houston Co. High School, 2011 graduate of Austin Peay State University, and a 2015 graduate of the Funeral Service Program at Jefferson State Community College, Birmingham.
Lance resides in Houston County with his wife Jessica and their children Cameron and Sami Kaye.
Jeremy was born and raised in Clarksville, TN. He graduated from Clarksville High School in 2010 and Austin Peay State University in 2015 with a BS in Marketing. While at APSU he became a member of Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity and joined the staff of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home in 2012. After graduation, Jeremy continued his education at John A. Gupton College, becoming a licensed funeral director and embalmer in 2017. Jeremy was a 2021 graduate of Leadership Clarksville and enjoys serving his community.
Ashley joined the staff of Nave Funeral Homes in the Spring of 2018. She is a graduate of both Montgomery Central High School and John A. Gupton College.
She was raised in the Cunningham community and now resides in nearby Southside alongside her husband, Patrick Perry. She is the mother to McKinley and Briar. They are members of Salem Community Church, where Ashley enjoys serving on the AVL team. She is pleased to provide the most compassionate care and service to our families.
Estreya joined the staff of Nave Funeral Homes in the fall of 2021. Originally born in Cookeville, TN, her husband's Air Force career brought them to Clarksville in 2018. Together, Estreya and her highschool sweetheart, Sam McCanna have made Clarksville home. They have three daughters; Lillian, Rosalie, and Juniper. She attended John A. Gupton college while simultaneously serving her apprenticeship at our Clarksville location. Estreya graduated in December of 2022 and is pleased to serve the Clarksville community.
Lori was born and raised in Clarksville, TN., she has over 30 years experience in the funeral business and became part of the McReynolds-Nave & Larson staff in 1998. She is a 1987 graduate of Northwest High School and attended both Murray State and Austin Peay State Universities. She is married to Brian Shelby, a lifelong resident of Woodlawn, TN. Lori and her husband reside in Woodlawn.
Dwayne joined the staff in July of 2019. He is originally from Madisonville, Kentucky having most recently lived in Hopskinsville, Kentucky for the past twenty years before moving to Clarksville and marrying the former Charlotte Pelesky.
Dwayne is a 40 year veteran of the funeral industry and has been a licensed Funeral Director in Kentucky for over 25 years. Dwayne is a member of the Hopkinsville Cumberland Presbyterian Church, Fraternal Order of Police, and a member of Madisonville Masonic Lodge #143. Dwayne and Charlotte have three sons and three grandsons.
Tay Joslin joined the McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home team in early 2015. A native of West Tennessee, Tay grew up around a family-style funeral culture, but it wasn't until he relocated to Clarksville that our beloved profession became his passion. Shortly thereafter, Tay enrolled at and graduated from John A. Gupton College in Nashville thus emerging as a licensed funeral director. Personable, warm, and ever-talkative, Tay can usually be found at our main entrance greeting folks and catching up on baseball stats, Country music, and fishing tips.
Tay and his sweet wife Amanda have four children: Brent, Tucker, Preslee, and Max. The Joslin family worships at Erin Church of Christ in Houston County where Tay serves as pulpit minister and adult Sunday school teacher. Tay is a past board member of Lylewood Christian Camp located in Indian Mound, Tennessee, where he has mentored church youth for several years.

David was born and raised in Montgomery County. He graduated from Montgomery Central High School. David first came to McReynolds - Nave & Larson in 1984. He is a licensed Funeral Director and Pre-need counselor. David is married to Donna Ferrell Mackens. They are the proud parents of 2 daughters, Beth and Amy. He is the Associate Pastor of Salem Community Church.
